Integrations
BuildPredict is built around an open document ingest pipeline. Today you can feed it via web upload, mobile camera capture, or by forwarding email to a project address. Direct connectors for the tools below are on our 2026 roadmap.
Tell us which one matters most for your team and we will prioritise it for the pilot.
Accounting
Xero
Pull invoices and payment data straight into Earned Value Actual Cost. Stops double-entering invoice totals from your accounting tool into BuildPredict.
Most-requested by UK SME contractors. First connector we will build.
Document storage
SharePoint
Drop tender packs, invoices, and progress reports into a SharePoint folder and BuildPredict picks them up automatically. Same pipeline as your existing email forwarding.
Common in SME contractors who use Microsoft 365 but no formal CDE.
Common Data Environment
Procore
Live two-way sync of cost data, RFIs, change events, and programme updates. Variations detected by BuildPredict can be raised back to Procore as Change Events.
Highest per-customer value for Pro and Enterprise tiers using Procore as their CDE.
Accounting
QuickBooks Online
Same Actual Cost automation as Xero. Pulls invoices into EVM and maps them to work packages.
Builds on the Xero connector. Will ship if pilot demand is there.
Subcontractor verification
NICEIC Registry
Verify the accreditation status of any electrical subcontractor on your tender list. Flags expired registrations before you sign.
Ships alongside the Subcontractor Recommendation feature.
What you can use today
Web upload
Drag any PDF, image, Word, Excel, or CSV onto a project. Direct upload to S3, no size limits within reason.
Mobile camera
Snap a photo of an invoice or site diary on your phone. Our 4-reader consensus runs OCR and the cost extractor handles the rest.
Email forwarding
Every project gets an inbound address. Forward supplier invoices and they land directly on the project.
