Go to the Pricing page from your dashboard and choose a Pro plan. You'll be redirected to our secure Stripe checkout. Your Pro features activate immediately after payment.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your Subscription settings. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your projects and data remain intact.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe handles all payment processing securely.

We don't provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you're unhappy with the service, cancel before your next billing date. Contact us at [email protected] if you have billing concerns.

We support PDF, PNG, JPG/JPEG, DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, CSV, and TXT files. PDFs and images are processed with OCR (optical character recognition) to extract text.

Most documents are processed within 30-60 seconds. Larger files or image-heavy PDFs may take a bit longer due to OCR processing. You'll see the status update in real time on your project page.

Individual files can be up to 50 MB. If you have larger documents, try splitting them or compressing images before uploading.

Our AI extracts costs with high accuracy for standard construction documents. Each extracted item shows a confidence score: green (80%+) means high confidence, yellow (50-80%) means moderate, and red (below 50%) means it needs review. You can confirm or correct any extraction to improve accuracy over time.

Invoices, quotes, and bills of quantities give the best results as they contain structured cost data. Contracts, change orders, and site reports are also well supported for risk signal detection.

The profitability risk score (0-100) is calculated from 5 weighted factors: Cost Variance (30%), Complexity (25%), Material Volatility (20%), Labour Patterns (15%), and Contingency (10%). A score of 0-30 is Low risk, 31-60 is Medium, and 61-100 is High. The score updates as you upload more documents.

Risk signals are specific warnings detected in your documents. Things like potential delays, budget overruns, scope changes, material supply issues, or subcontractor concerns. Each signal includes the source text and severity level.

Yes. Pro users can export a branded PDF report from any project page. The report includes project overview, cost breakdown by category, risk score with factor analysis, and risk signals. Click the 'Export PDF' button in your project header.
